Q3 2024 Sandbox Games Performance in Oman

In the third quarter of 2024, sandbox-like games on a unified platform in Oman demonstrated varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Roblox from Roblox Corporation experienced a fluctuating revenue pattern, peaking at around $7.1K in late July. Weekly downloads started strong, exceeding 11K in late July, but gradually declined to approximately 4.8K by the end of September. Meanwhile, weekly active users saw a slight decrease from about 198.7K to 171.3K over the quarter.

School Party Craft by Candy Room Games & RabbitCo had no reported revenue but showed a consistent download trend in July, reaching a high of 9.2K. However, downloads dropped to around 2.9K by the end of September. Active users initially increased to over 20K in early August but then declined to approximately 11.8K.

Block Craft 3D: Building Game from Wildlife Studios showed modest revenue, with a notable peak of $189 in early July. Downloads were highest in early July at 9.5K but decreased to around 2.9K by the end of the quarter. Active users mirrored this trend, peaking at 47.7K in early August before reducing to 28K by late September.

Craftsman: Building Craft did not generate revenue but maintained a steady download pattern in July, starting at 6.9K and decreasing to 1.6K by September's end. Active users peaked at 33.5K in early July, gradually declining to 24.8K over the quarter.

PK XD: Fun, friends & games by Afterverse Games saw a revenue peak of $633 in late August. Downloads had a significant surge in late July, reaching 6.5K, but eventually dropped to 1.3K by the end of September. Active users rose to 45.3K in late July and then decreased to 25.8K by quarter's end.
